"When can I pick up and return the equipment?"
Pick-up and return are by appointment.
"What if I cancel?"
If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the start, you will pay 75% of the agreed rental fee.
"Can the equipment be delivered?"
Yes, it can! This is subject to a travel fee of €0.35 per kilometer and a €38 call-out fee.
"How is payment handled?"
You will receive an invoice via email after returning the equipment.
"Do you offer discounts?"
We offer a 50% student discount upon showing a valid student ID. Members of Club-Cinesud receive a 20% discount. In addition, we offer a multi-day discount. This can be combined with either the student discount or the Club CineSud discount.
"How much multi-day discount do we receive?"
